2023 Winter 50-point bonus update

Because of the inclement weather and the cancelling of school on December 20, 2023, the 50-point bonus may be submitted via email to jbice@nlca.info.  The paper must be received before midnight December 20, 2023.  Please do not send a link, but instead attach the actual document to the email.
